Thrivent doing good- better.

213 million has been contributed from Thrivent to Habitat. Today we aren't thinking about millions we are thinking about 3. We are embarking on a community of 80 homes, and are invited to build 3 of them.  We are excited to start our mission, because we have witnessed the poverty first hand. It's a stark contrast to the natural beauty God put here...we are at the ocean's edge filled with the noise of the surf and wildlife. Our minds are uncluttered from being removed from our material concerns and we are free to listen to Him. What an amazing thing that we work for a company so generous that it allows and encourages its employees to make the world a better place. Our true journey has begun.
